“Exile”, a folk-choral drama by Eva Sjöstrand and Jan Ekedahl based on the Gotlandic saga telling how every third man was forced to leave the starving island. Marie Axelsson (vox, fiddle), Markus Svensson (nyckelharpa, hurdy-gurdy), Robert Nyström (accordion), Annika Björkegren (flutes) and Ekedahl on guitar and bouzouki, plus vocal group. With fine flowing vocal and instrumental melodies it’s beautifully Nordic. www.sjelvar.com
