Rather refreshing, this: a folk group, singing, without worldy or celtic aspirations, attractive songs from their Spanish regions of Castilla and Cantabria, like groups did in the 1970s. Women singers with characteristic clear sibilance of voice, guys singing and playing guitar, wooden whistle, fiddle, trad percussion etc., with guesting fine singer and bagpiper Paco Diez. www.severalrecords.com
