Excellently played complex, lively and lyrical new compositions in the ever-unfolding Finnish new-pelimanni tradition; a rich sound from fiddler Ville Ojanen, accordionist Minna Luoma and three members of JPP: fiddler Matti Mäkelä, bassist Timo Myllykangas, harmonium and piano player Timo Alakotila.
