Speelt Beukema
Törf TSP 003 (1998)

Dance tunes written in the 19th century by Jakob Pieters Beukema from Leens, near Groningen, which reflect the musical culture in that part of Holland at the time. Played on bagpipe, guitar, accordeon, bass, euphonium etc by able Groningen band. Also published is Beukema’s manuscript book in facsimile plus modern typesetting.
