Nicely packaged double CD completing the trilogy documenting the shapely springleiks from Peder Wessel’s 19thC manuscript, and the variety of tunes from 20thC fiddler Ragnvald Bolme’s repertoire. Played impeccably with his usual accessible clarity and spirit by Flukt fiddler and hardanger-fiddler Eide, mostly solo but occasionally accompanied on piano.
