ORKIESTRA ŚW. MIKOŁAJA - THE SAINT NICHOLAS ORCHESTRA
Z Dawna Dawnego - From The Far-Off Times

UMCS Orkiestra Sw. Mikolaja, no number (2000)

Songs mainly from eastern Poland, with injections from Romania, Ukraine and Lithuania, in the varied, exuberant and sometimes cheerfully messy bowed and fretted strings, wind, reeds, accordion and bass style of Lublin’s Orchestra, here with a partly changed lineup since the tighter, quirky, sparky fun of its previous album, The Land Of Boyns. This one has its moments nevertheless. www.mikolaje.lublin.pl
