A leading international classical violinist, Romanian-born, goes home and plays traditional music with top bands from most of Romania’s regions. He does it with great appreciation and respect, absorbing styles, switching to phono-fiddle for some tunes, full of thrill and zip while retaining his classical tone and precision of intonation.
