Ozella OZ 11 CD (2005)

Saxist and goat horn player Seglem sews together the sounds and shapes of traditional music with the distinctive airy ambiences of the very non-American Norwegian jazz. This release, with drummer Harald Skullerud, Bulgarian tambura/guitar player Nikolai Ivanov and electronics, is more improv-soundscape than his band Utla or 2004’s Femstein.
