GEIR EGIL LARSEN & BJØRN AKSDAL
Meråkerklarinetten I Solo Og Samspell
Etnisk Musikklubb EM46 (2009)
The huskily plummy sound of the rarely-heard Norwegian folk clarinet named after
the place of its survival, Meråker, and the other extant folk clarinets – the
Østerdal version and cow-horn tungehorn - and goat-horn trumpet bukkehorn, in
solos and duets and with Geir Egil’s Frigg-fiddling sons Gjermund and Einar
Olav. www.emcd.no
