Croatian singer dedicated to bringing traditional songs from books back into living currency. The problem is that they, and guests’ contributions, are all shaped by the dum-ching of her very limited guitar technique. Right at the end she sings briefly unaccompanied against only a slithering bowed note, and we glimpse the village music she loves. www.dancingbear.hr
