The relatively under-celebrated fiddle music of Skåne, Sweden’s southernmost county, doesn’t usually have the polska lurch of further north; the rhythms are more even. But this very able young fiddler brings fine lightness and lift to these tunes - polska, slängpolska, schottis, engelska, waltz, rehnländar – proving them well shapely. www.nordictradition.com
