Perpetuum Mobile

Madrid band playing music of their region, Castilla y León, on dulzaina, clarinet, cittern, flutes, Galician gaita, percussion – all competent if unspectacular, but what sticks in the mind more than any of them, or the material, are the infuriatingly dull, pedestrian, plonky plucking lines of the bass guitar, from whose down-dragging no track escapes for long. Try double bass, or no bass, perhaps? www.hexacorde.com
