Pi - Música para Manivelas
Producciones Efimeras / Nube 1008 (2007)

Díaz, a very skilful and creative player of hurdy-gurdy, here combines it mainly with the punched-card controlled chimes and reeds of two automata, a music box and barrel organ, in diverse material from tradition-based self-compositions to Anouar Brahem and Kronos. Interesting idea, but rather too preoccupied with ingenuity to really move.
