Tutl SHD 71 (2006)

The first Færd CD was a cross-national collaboration including Karen Tweed and Ian Carr. Now it’s a trio of Danish fiddler Peter Uhrbrand, saxist/accordionist Eskil Romme and Swedish guitar/bouzouki player Jens Ulvsand, playing shapely traditional and new tunes and songs from Denmark, the Faroes and nearby ports of call, with promising singer Julie Hjetland guesting on a couple. www.tutl.com
