Quite a rarity, Danish traditional singers and players, solo and in bands, recorded around the country by Danmarks Radio, the Danish Folklore Archives and Hogager Folk Music House between the ’60s and 1986. In feel closer to southerly neighbours than nordic, timely and varied fuel for present-day Danish musicians’ growing interest in their indigenous traditions.
