A rarity – a Norwegian folk band sans fiddle! They’re from Valdres, heartland of Norway’s fretted zither, the langeleik, played by main singer Ingvild Lie, with Harald Høyvik on guitar and Lars Skattebu’s Indian harmonium and mandolin, in a well-varied, melodious mix of trad, much of it via Valdres singer Anna Fuglesteg, and their own composition.
