Fiddle duets in the Swedish way, one playing the tune while the other improvises harmonies in an addictive ever-changing conversation, but Andersson is Swedish, Vårdal Norwegian, and both play, with muscular sensitivity and fine creative intuition, hardingfele and ordinary fiddle in tunes from in and around Finnskogen, the ‘Finnish woods’ on the border between their countries. www.talik.no
