Standouts in Sweden’s new wave of enormously skilled, sensitive players, Paulson on nyckelharpa and Åkerlund on guitar, cittern, fiddle, viola d’amore, hardingfele and a touch of bagpipe, play shapely original and traditional tunes in a lovely, consistently interesting flow of beautifully poised communication, airily well-recorded.
