Tongång AWCD-36 (1999)
CD reissue of 1975 LP recording at a nyckelharpa meeting in Uppland of a handful
of players including Eric Sahlström, Justus Gille, Viktor Vikman. Sounds pretty
rough now, but it was these who carried the instrument’s tradition through the
thin years before the present boom.

An informal session of nyckelharpas, fiddles and harmonica at Leif Alpsjö’s
house in Uppland in 1979, with Alpsjö, Curt Tallroth, nyckelharpa king Eric
Sahlström, famous fiddler Viksta-Lasse, Lasse’s brother and nephew Sven and Bo
Larsson and grand-daughter Gunnel Viking.

Tongång AWCD-31 (1999)
Nyckelharpa, fiddle, piano-accordion trio. Anders Mattsson, Robert Larsson (both
Riksspelmän and Viksta-Lasse stipendiaries) and Örjan Englund play, with style
and lively grace, traditional and new Swedish dance tunes, including several
from Viksta-Lasse, Larsson’s great-uncle.

På Hugget! - En vandring i Sahlströmskogen
Tongång AWCD-32 (1999)
Tunes from the Sahlström family’s tradition, delivered by 25-year-established
group of seven nyckelharpa players including Sture Sahlström, plus Eric
Sahlström’s daughter Sonia on fiddle, with twelve-string guitar and bass.
